SIM Contacts Manager lets you easily manage the contacts on your phone's SIM card. Use this application to check your contacts and export or import them from your SIM card. You can add, modify, delete, and use your SIM contacts.

With this app you can use your sim to save the contacts. The backup/export create a csv file in this directory: sdcard/simContactsManager.
